Learn what the Central Carolina Highland Games Are About

Our Mission

Our mission is to participate in maintaining and promoting the Central Carolina Highland Games and Gathering of Scottish Clans annually, fostering and reviving interest in traditional dancing, piping, drumming, athletic achievement, music, and Gaelic culture, and ensuring a better future for the children living in the Central Children’s Home of North Carolina.

Our Why

The Central Children’s Home of North Carolina is a direct beneficiary from the fundraising of the Central Carolina Highland Games. The orphanage offers a healthy environment that is beneficial to these children’s emotional, educational, social, spiritual, and physical growth and development, which promotes good family functioning and independent living.

Providing a better future for these children is our utmost goal, which is why ALL of the proceeds earned at the event are sent to the Central Children’s Home of North Carolina.

Our Vision

The Central Carolina Highland Games will work hard to maintain our position as the innovative and inclusive meetings of Clans, Guests, Families, Sponsors, Patrons, and Visitors for Scottish Highland Games. We shall put up a lot of effort to set an excellent and moral example for everyone.
